This independent Hatsune Miku fan site collects a small set of request details to understand visits and help protect the site. It is not an official Hatsune Miku or Crypton Future Media website.

Information recorded

When a visitor opens the home page or this policy page, the server records the visitor’s IP address, approximate country/region/city when Cloudflare provides it, browser user-agent, page path, and visit time. The location is inferred from network metadata; the site does not collect GPS location. Query strings and referring URLs are not stored in this visitor log.

Why and how long

The site operator uses these records for basic visitor counts, site operation, and security troubleshooting. Records are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database and can be viewed only through the password-protected admin panel. They are scheduled for deletion after 30 days; the daily cleanup may leave an expired record for up to about 24 additional hours.

Cookies and third-party content

The public pages do not set advertising or analytics cookies. The admin panel uses a Secure, HttpOnly, SameSite session cookie for sign-in; it expires after eight hours. The site loads some fonts, images, and embedded media from third parties such as Cloudflare, YouTube, SoundCloud, and other asset hosts. Those providers receive connection data when your browser requests their content and handle it under their own privacy policies.

Changes

This notice should be updated if the site changes what it collects, how it uses the data, or its retention period.
